Building Owner Surveyor - For the Building Owner only

£ 350.00
(excluding underpinning, basements and special foundations)
This includes:-
• Land Registry Search Fees to verify neighbours identity & address
• Providing explanatory notes
• Form of Consent
• Serving of notices for up to two adjoining owners with a stamped envelope assisting in their prompt reply
• Providing follow up notification if the neighbour fails to respond after ten days
Additional adjoining owners will be charged at a rate of £44 per adjoining owner.
In the event that a Party Wall Award needs to be produced and issued:-
Party Wall Award Costs - £800
This includes:-
• The drafting and serving of the Party Wall Award.
• Including a schedule of Condition survey in the Adjoining Owners Property.
We will act for the Adjoining Owner for an additional flat fee of only £200.
Where any works are undertaken beyond the party wall award an hourly rate of £95 will be charged.
If acting as the appointed surveyor for the adjoining owner, our fees are charged at an hourly rate of £95. This is usually payable by the Building Owner, however, should the Building Owner wish, a FIXED FEE can be agreed in advance, upon the review of the case.
